At Black Moon Botanica, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If a physical item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt provided it is unused and in its original ritual packaging.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective materials to ensure they arrive safely back at our studio.

  Ship the Goods

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
